Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the return or exchange process.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the TYMO tool in its original packaging, ensuring all included accessories and manuals are inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
